🚚 Shipping Carriers
We ship using USPS and YunExpress, depending on your location and shipping method.
⏱ Processing Time
All orders are made-to-order.
- Production Time: 3–5 business days
- Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
📬 Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, the estimated delivery takes:
- 7–10 business days across the United States.
Please note: unexpected delays may occur due to holidays, customs, or weather.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

💵 Shipping Rates
Shipping fees vary by destination and item count.
- Starting at $5.99 for the first item
- $1.99 for each additional item
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
📦 Lost or Undelivered Packages
- If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the package, contact us immediately.
- If your package is lost in transit, notify us within 4 days of the estimated delivery date. We will verify and reprint + reship your order free of charge.
🏠 Wrong Address Policy
If the address provided is incorrect:
- Reshipping fees will apply.
- We’ll notify you if the package is returned to our facility.
🧵 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect:
- Email a photo of the product to: support@primepersonalizedgifts.com
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or a refund.
