  2. To cancel or modify: Email us at support@primepersonalizedgifts.com with the subject line “[Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number]” along with your order email and number.

  3. We will respond within 1 business day to confirm.

  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via your original payment method.

  5. If the order has already been printed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests will be managed through our Return & Refund process.
